How long does my order take?
Every Włóczka Studio piece is handmade to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks before your order is shipped. During busy periods or collection launches, production times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are at the heart of Włóczka Studio. Whether you'd like a different colour, a different fit, or an entirely new design, we'd love to create something unique just for you. Simply fill out our Custom Order Request form, and we'll get in touch to discuss your vision.
How do I choose my size?
Each product includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes or would like a garment made to your exact measurements, we recommend placing a custom order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Can I return my order?
Because most of our pieces are handmade specifically for you, custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. For ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
How should I care for my crochet garment?
Hand wash in cold water using a gentle detergent. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Store folded rather than hanging to help maintain its shape.
Are all pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every Włóczka Studio garment is crocheted by hand with care and attention to detail.
Because of this, slight variations may occur, making every piece truly one of a kind.
Can I request a different colour?
Absolutely. Many of our designs can be made in different colours depending on yarn availability. If you have something specific in mind, send us a custom order request.
Will my garment look exactly like the photos?
Because every piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in stitch placement or yarn texture. These small differences are part of what makes each garment unique.
